@Joe, it’s probably because the image links aren’t direct.. they are probably something like /images/something.jpg instead of http://site.com/images/something.jpg, so first go back to the original page and figure out the direct address of every image and then replace it in the code.

Hi David, I stumbled on your page and i have to say i am glad i did. i went through your steps on creating a fake login page and i was successful with it.
I created the page, hosted it and its working perfectly but the fake page doesnt show images like it is on the original page. I dont know what is wrong? I have had sleepless nights trying to figure this out.
Please help out.
I would appreciate if you can send me an email and also post on here.

People make the idea of fake web pages seem like a huge task. Well that's true, but there always has to be custom coding in the form of a server-side script (typically in PHP) to emulate the function of the original authentication script (which, being server-side, can't be copied).
