The British man accused of hacking into US military computers will have his final showdown in the UK courts next month.

After almost four years of fighting extradition to the US as a result of what prosecutors have called “the biggest military computer hack of all time”, Londoner Gary McKinnon will face a judicial review conducted by the high court on January 20.

Gary McKinnon, a.k.a Solo, is accused of hacking the networks owned by NASA, the US Army, US Navy, Department of Defense, and the US Air Force. He gained access to the computers via blank passwords. Can I get a pipe of whatever those system admins were smoking?

If Gary is extradited, he will face hacking charges in the U.S. where he could get a possible of 60 years in prison! In my opinion, this number is absurd and seems like someone pulled it out of their ass.
